Incredible beaches, beautiful skylines and gorgeous weather make Florida a premier location for aerial photography and video. If you specialize in providing these services to real estate agents it's imperative to understand MLS requirements. Like other states Florida has multiple MLS's that drone pilots have to understand. Fortunately they have some spanning multiple counties. Some of the bigger Florida MLS's include BeachesMLS, Southeast Florida Regional MLS and My Florida Regional MLS. We are experienced at providing aerial services to real estate agents across the nation, on many different MLS platforms.
We have a large number of drone pilots in the sunshine state. See below for photos pilots have uploaded from all across the Florida. When you book a pilot through our site you are guaranteed that pilot is FAA certified. Any aerial photos we take are delivered to you via a simple download link within 24 hours. Book a pilot with confidence today!

A skilled drone pilot can use video to tell a story about the property you are selling.
Video quality is constantly improving with many drones now capable of 4k resolution.
Social media posts with video are ranked higher and get more views than those without.
It's no surprise that 85% of homebuyers prefer to work with an agent using video.
We are able to host video that is supported by MLS's accross the nation.
Below are videos pilots have added from Florida.
Drone laws are becoming increasingly complex. We can help you navigate those waters. The first law to understand is that anyone flying a drone for profit needs to first be FAA certified. Florida also specifically bans drones from state parks. Orlando (via Disney) are famous for strict drone ordinance. We are working to compile a searchable list of local drone ordinances that you can view here.
Florida also has an anti-drone law on the books that appears like it could be abused to create a lawsuit against almost any drone pilot. It reads as if you can not take a photo of any privately owned property without the owners permission. yikes. Tread carefully Floridians.
Do you ever find yourself needing to charge your drone batteries on the road or at a job site? This goal zero device has been awesome for us. We highly recommend it. Check it out on amazon here
