We go into every shoot with a game plan. The plan is required to ensure we are providing a high level of value to the customer. A typical real estate agent will only use 1 - 3 drone images for their listing. However, you will need to provide the customer with more than that to choose from. To ensure quick and high quality work having a repeatable process is key. Here is what we aim to do each and every time.

Here are the typical photos we look to take at each shoot. Beyond this set, be creative and look for angles or features of interest.

Corner and front
Patio/Pool/Deck etc

Depending on the backyard it's often worthwhile to get a shot of it and a shot looking at the back of the house. Quite often, lower is better. You can't always get each picture as trees can be in the way or other issues may present. The end goal is to have 10-12 deliverable photos that do not look overly similar to one another. If the situation is dangerous because of obstructions don't force it. We understand that some houses lack the outdoor interest to easily capture 10-12 compelling images. Just do the best you can.
